Matt joined HausCo in 2023 as the agency’s first People & Operations Manager, with a focus on developing and implementing frameworks to address pressing needs and sustain future growth. Matt’s passion for these concentrations stem from a diverse career that has included helping to build and run the people department of a fast-paced Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures-backed start-up, and four years as an engagement coordinator for McKinsey & Company’s Public Sector Practice. From the D.C. area, Matt received his Bachelor of Arts from American University. Outside of work, you can find him at concerts, exploring the foodie scene, or enjoying the lakefront.
